Instructions to get XML Feed:
1. Click on the orange button that says XML (or RSS).
2. Copy the URL (address) of the
page of code that appears. You'll see the
address for our RSS news feed in the address
bar at the top of your browser page:

3. Paste that address into a newsreader like the FREE news reader at http://www.rssreader.com.
4. To get RssReader, go to http://www.RssReader.com and download it. It's free! Then choose what news YOU WANT delivered to you. That's the beauty of RSS (really simple syndication) -- you get to choose what is delivered to your computer and mind, instead of other people pushing information at you.
