Things to Take to the Hospital When
I Have My Baby

  1. Go to the printable form and print it out.

  2. Then fill in how many of each item you need.

  3. Add anything else you need in the empty spaces.

  4. Check off what you pack, when you gather the items to take to the hospital.

    Now you won't forget anything!

For Mother   
moon rocking baby
    Bathrobe
    Slippers
    Change of clothes and comfortable shoes to wear home
    Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, facial cream, ...)
    Comb, brush, curling iron, curlers, hair accessories, anything else I put in my hair (hairspray ...)
    Lip moisturizer
    Massage oils or lotions
    Snacks to eat, including breath mints
    Fun stuff: books, magazines, music, word puzzles, ...
    Eyeglasses (if needed)
    Cell phone and list of important phone numbers
        Sleepwear
    Socks
    Maternity underwear
    Nursing bra

    Tennis balls or rolling pin (for back labor massage)

    Watch with a second hand to time contractions
    Camera/video camera and film/tape
